My name is Nikki and I am a 28 year old ER Physician Assistant, volunteer firefighter, and EMT.
I began my final weight loss journey in September of 2014 and ultimately lost 15 lbs in about 6 months.
I follow “flexible dieting” or “If It Fits Your Macros” or “IIFYM” and track my macronutrients every single day. I eat mostly nutrient dense food, but allow myself delicious foods in moderation everyday including: Oreos (double stuf only), Poptarts, Gelato, Ben & Jerry’s, and Crunch bars.
My blog is a document of my lifestyle through tracking macros and making further progress in my body composition. It is a journey from the very beginning to the present, with all the challenges that come along the way.

She is the one person in my life who I can count on to act goofy with me at any time and watch either Mean Girls or Elf on repeat depending on the season.
