I’ve thought a lot about coming back to this blog a ton over the course of the past several months. Many times I thought I would just sit down and restart where I left off, but when I tried to motivate myself to write the posts and the words, I just didn’t have the enthusiasm that I used to, which was ok at the time.
I recently began thinking more and more about this blog and how much I enjoyed keeping up with it, checking in with the people who read it, and writing. It gave me a nice little space to get my thoughts out and to share some amazing foods, progress, and life events.
That being said, I knew that I would come back to it one day. I made it private for a while only because I was going through a very interesting transition in my life. I left my previous nutrition coaching position with a large company (which I won’t dive into on here) and just got back down to the basics; my work as a Physician Assistant, my husband, my family, and my life in general. It was a much needed break after physically, mentally, and emotionally draining myself trying to balance two jobs, a lack of free time, a social life, and a marriage.
So after taking that long hiatus to bring some balance back into my life, I’ve decided to make my return back to blogging and possibly back into nutrition/coaching. I’m going to start out slow and hopefully get back into the full swing of things here in a bit. I’ve come up with some great recipes that I hope to share (macros included) over the next few weeks.
In the meantime, if anyone reading this is interested in the services of nutrition coaching, please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, stick around to see what the future holds on here!
