Deadlift (sumo at 85 lbs)

Today was another great day back at RAW. My back has been feeling great but I don’t want to push it too soon so I kept the weights lighter for the kbs, the cleans and the deadlifts. I actually had zero pain with the cleans or deadlifts and want to keep it that way! I am feeling better and better each day and stronger with my back.

I’ve also been keeping up with my core work, which magically makes my back feel better throughout the day. I’m still super stiff in the morning so I’m trying to find a sequence of stretches I can perform after waking up to get me limber. Overall though, I am feeling great!
