10 thursters (65 lbs)

Deadlift 3 x 10
Worked up to 75 lbs

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3
Worked up to 135 lbs

I have been so sick the past few days with what I think is a sinus infection. Bad headaches, nasal congestion, and cough. It’s been wonderful. I haven’t worked out for like 3 days so I wanted to see how I felt this morning. At the beginning of this workout I was thinking I only wanted to do 3 rounds, but then I decided to just go for the 5 rounds.

The weightlifting portion didn’t feel so great so I just scaled it back. I have to work night shift tonight, which I know is only going to make my current illness worse. So today I’ll be sleeping most of the day as well as tomorrow and then I flop back to daylight on Monday. This schedule thing is getting old!

I’ve received some great feedback about my last post and I’m really glad you all liked it. It was my first post like that and I just let the coffee and the good vibes running through me take the wheel. I hope you all have a great New Year and enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend!
