12 Days of Christmas:
1 sumo deadlift (85 lbs)
2 box jumps (20 inches)
4 SDHP (25 # kb)
5 25# kb squats
6 burpees
7 kbs (25 #)
8 pull ups
9 dumb-bell thrusters (15#)
100 meter run
11 push ups
12 pistols

I only did this workout today and that was seriously enough. I adapted this so I could do it in my home gym in my garage and it still took me 27 minutes!

It was a fun little burner but didn’t leave my back aching or screaming, which is always good.

Today is my husband’s birthday and we’re off to go enjoy some Pamela’s this morning (Pittsburgh diner food) and then Christmas celebrations in the evening. I hope he has a fabulous day and I can’t wait to spend the next 4 days with him!
