I woke up this morning thinking that I missed doing WODs, so I did one! It was awful but I remembered why Ioved doing them so much.

I kept the weights light because my back has not been happy the past few days, so I’m trying to give it some time to get under control and not push it.

I have one more shift today in the ER and then I’m off for an entire week. I cannot wait!
