I am finally back home and it feels great to be getting back into a normal routine! I spent all day yesterday traveling, then cleaning when I got home (my husband was puppy sitting) and then relaxing on the couch with my husband and my dog. We watched a movie and baked some pre-packaged s’mores cookies. It was perfect.

This morning I woke up really wanting to workout. I’ve missed the barbell so I worked on some technique and kept everything a moderate to light weight for me so that I can continue to keep my back feeling good. I enjoy working out on my own but I enjoy working out at RAW wayyy more.

I woke up this morning weighing 148.4, 2 lbs down from my vacation weight but also still up since my cycle is here. I find it’s easier to get back on track after I’ve had a bit of a break and loosened the controls on the macros a bit while on a vacation. I find that I have more motivation to stick with the plan and that I approach it a bit differently.

Time to put in some work with Team WAG this morning and then I’m off to a baby shower this afternoon! Saving room in my macros for Mike’s Aunt’s famous cake!
