Minute 2: 45 second handstand hold
Minute 3: 40-50 unbroken double unders
**scaled to knees to elbows strict

Work up to a heavy weight in 8 sets:
1 push press
1 push jerk
1 split jerk
**worked up to 125 lbs

Muscle Up Nicole
10 minute AMRAP
200 meter run
Max unbroken muscle ups
**12 muscle ups but had to do singles in pairs

Assault Bike HIIT:
11 minutes, 15 seconds hard, 45 seconds easy

Today felt great! I had to scale to knees to elbow for the toes to bar because of my back but that was the only modification. The muscle ups were fun and I love working on them. Finished up with my HIIT for the day in front of the big ass fan!
