Me and my partner made it through 5 rounds completely!

Worked up to 135 and felt pretty decent
5 x 8 Back squat at 70%
Worked up to 170 and felt like cardio
5 x 2 Push press at 65%
Worked up to 115 and felt ok

40 double unders
30 box jumps
20 hang cleans (95#)
10 pull ups
12:45

Overall it felt great to get a heavy barbell back in my routine. I’m working on my butterfly pull ups and was able to link 7 together today. They’re slowly getting better!!
